Frequently Asked Questions

  • You join our community through the free Gratsy app. It's available for iOS and Andriod. 

  • Yes! Gratsy is completely free to join, and we do not ask for credit card information. Shipping is always free with Gratsy! No code needed. 😉

  • Samples and offers in the Gratsy community are curated, so there is limited availability. Make sure your profile is complete so we can match you as best as possible. Then we will notify you when samples or offers are headed your way! Even if you don’t receive a specific sample, you are eligible for future samples and offers from Gratsy. For more information, review our terms & conditions.

  • You can edit your profile within the app, including your address. 

  • If you are sure you do not want to receive free samples and offers from Gratsy, you can cancel your account on the profile tab in the app. Just a reminder, we do not ask for any credit card information, and it is completely free to stay connected with the Gratsy community.

  • For some of our offers, we will send you push notifications through your mobile device. Be sure to check your phone settings to ensure you have Push Notifications turned on. Occasionally, we have surprise offers that drop in the app so it’s important to check in regularly!

  • Offers Tab: Available sample boxes and freebies will show up here. Turn on your notifications and check back often to make sure you don’t miss any of the amazing limited availablity offers we have coming soon!

    Grabs Tab: You can grab quick tips and promotions from Gratsy in this tab. It's updated frequently with new content and special deals.
